  1. Used to stud my own boots using those cheap screw ins from ebay. Better than nothing. But Rockgrip studs are in another league altogether. They don't fall or tear out like the ebay ones, are much harder so don't wear down, and grip better by a large margin. They represent great value for money. But what price can you put on safety? You might ruin your session, snap a rod or an arm, or fall in the water. It's a no brainier. Highly recommended Just don't wear them around the house or you'll scratch your floors!!

  3. Having been recommended to the Rock Grip Studs some 2 years ago they are a must have for the Angler who fishes rocky slippery marks. These really do work..

  4. With one artificial knee joint and shortly to have second knee replacement I cant afford to slip and fall . The difference Rock Grip studs made was unbelievable enabling me to fish rock marks with confidence that for several years with ordinary boots have just been impossible .

  5. The extra confidence this gives you when fishing slippy rock marks can be the difference between landing a fish or not. Even when the rocks are covered in ice, my RockGrip studded Sorels and Grubs grip perfectly.

  6. Whether you get a pre-studded pair of boots from RockGrips range or just use their studding service on your own boots you will wonder how you coped without them. From icey frozen Norwegian fjords to the slimey weed covered shores of my local Bristol Channel I always feel safe underfoot. I have a pair of the neoprene Grubs and my Sorells with the studs to cover all situations.
